Ensure a prompt arrival, at least 15 minutes before your session for parking, check-in, and a brief orientation (for first-time visitors).
Late arrivals might impact session time; refunds are unavailable, but cancellations receive product credit.

Appointment Protocol:
Strictly by appointment, we regret that walk-in clients may not be accommodated. 

Hydration for Optimal Impact:
Stay well-hydrated to maximize cellular change.
Gradually increase water intake in the days leading up to your session.
Boost water absorption by adding the juice of half a lemon or a pinch of sea salt.
Re-mineralize your water with essential trace minerals or Quinton. 

Fueling Your Body Pre-Session:
Consider a light, nutritious meal about an hour before your session.
Exclusive allowance for water consumption at SOURCE.

Dress Comfortably, Be Prepared:
Dress in layers to accommodate potential temperature fluctuations.
Feel free to bring personal items like slippers or cozy socks for added comfort.

Comfort Essentials for Your Session:
Utilise provided blankets, earplugs, eye masks, and slippers during daytime sessions.
Bring personal comfort items, such as your own pillow, favourite blanket, eyeshades, noise-canceling headphones, etc.

Respect the Quiet Zone:
Source is designated as a ‘Quiet Zone.’
Silence or switch phones to Airplane mode; avoid distracting activities.
Download any audio files for music or podcasts before arriving.

Embrace the Experience Mindfully:
Approach your session with openness and mindfulness.
Unplug, relax, and celebrate your body’s innate healing ability.

Post Session

 Post-Session Rejuvenation Guide 

1. Hydration Excellence:

  • Prioritize post-session hydration with lemon-infused water or a pinch of sea salt.
  • Establish a daily regimen to optimize cellular absorption and maintain peak hydration.

2. Strategic Mineralization:

  • Enhance re-energization by incorporating essential trace minerals like Bio77 or Quinton or similar into your routine.

3. Cellular Nourishment:

  • Foster cellular health with a diet rich in organic foods, steering clear of harmful chemicals.
  • Uphold nutritional integrity to support the dynamic changes occurring within your cells.

Recommended EE System Sea Salt Detox Bath Formulas & Procedures

Sea Salt Bath Elixir:

2 cups sea salt
2 cups baking soda
1 cup 20 Mule Team Borax
Please be mindful: Epsom salt is not a suitable substitute for sea salt in these detox regimens.

Optional Enhancements:

Introduce pine oil or other essential oils
1/2 cup bentonite clay
2 tsp. ginger powder
1/4 cup matcha green tea
Incorporate 2 cups of food-grade or regular Hydrogen Peroxide
